TUPRAS Izmir Refinery Pipeline and Product Sales Project For TOTAL and OPET Companies

The following works were completed for TOTAL and OPET Companies in TUPRASIzmir Refinery;

- The scope of this job is consisted of preparation of the detailed projects for thecomplete work, procurement of materials and installation of the plant on a turnkeybasis.
- 11 process pumps, 8 metering and metering calibrators,
- Construction of a 1.600m² pumping station and 800m² control room,
- 80.000m³/h capacity positive pressurizing system,
- 20.000m pipeline,
- Converting all parts of the existing two dry type MDC centers to drawer andpanel form,
- A SCADA system allowing easy follow up and commercial control of the productsales system and its operation,
- Fire alarm system according to API division I quality,
- Integrating 18 tanks of each approx. 20.000m³ capacity (ORDINAT installed tenof the tanks Motherweel level measuring system apparatus after cleaning and afterrevisions of them) into the automatic sales system.
