TÜPRAŞ İzmir Refinery New Diesel Oil Sales Lines Construction

Manufacturing and erection of new diesel oil sales pipelines for TUPRAS Izmir Refinery Managementhave been executed in the following stages:

Civil works:
- Cracking of the existing concrete areas and renewal of the concrete after trenching andfilling,
- Extension of the existing pumping station, crane repair, foundation of the pumps and trapezoidalaluminum roof cladding,
- Supply and erection of rubber material for the new fender,
- Manufacturing and installation of steel construction.

Mechanical works:
- Manufacturing and installation of totally 5.820m 20”, 15”, 12”, 10”, 8”, 6” pipelines withinTUPRAS Izmir Refinery,
- Painting of pipes and steel construction after cleaning by 400bar pressurized water andsand blasting,
- Erection of new pumps, stairs and platforms,
- Cleaning of 10.000, 40.000, 50.000m³ tanks.
- Installation of 10 nozzles for tanks and 9 hot-taps,
- Supply and erection of drain valves for 6 loading arms.

Electrical Works:
- Erection of electrical motors, protection relays,
- Renewal of pumping station lightening installation,
- Supply and erection of the projectors and lightening elements.

Instrumentation:
- Supply and erection of control room hardware,
- Supply and erection of drive system for the valves,
- Supply and erection of transmitters, cables, conduits and cable trays.
