Manisa Organized Industrial Zone Part IV and V New Waste Water Collector Line Transfer Station Road and Infrastructure Works

In the scope of these projects, following works were completed; procurement and installation of total 3.500m corrugated and HDPE pipe in diameters of DN1200, DN1000, DN630; fabrication of transition by 75m corrugated pipe in diameter of DN600 to Karaçay River; procurement and establishment 9.200m XLPE wire and 3.500m F/O fibered stainless steel wire-armored; procurement and installation 1.800m DN90 SDR11 PE80 natural gas pipe; procurement and installation of 3 pcs waste water pump with capacity of 640m³/h, 1 pcs grate with a rope, 1 pcs sandauger conveyor, 1 pcs belt conveyor, 38 pcs cast-in-situ manholes, 1 pcs reinforced concrete transfer station, 1 pcs transformer distribution panel and its equipment. In the waste water line, system was taken into operation without any problem by making live connection of DN900 CTP and DN1000 HDPE.
