ETİ Holding CORP. Manufacturing and Installation Works Of Kırka Additional Steam Boiler (70 T/H) and Complementary Units

To meet the additional steam demand of the new investment projects of the ETI HOLDING KIRKA BORAX COMPANY a new 70t/h Steam Boiler and associated units has been fabricated and erected on turnkey basis. In the scope of this project; - A 70t/h Steam Boiler of SD-33 Type has been bought from Foster Wheeler Iberia S.A. (FWISA) and fabricated boiler has been erected on site. - All the disassembling, erection, revisions and civil works for the connection of the new units to the existing units have been done. - A new steel chimney of 2 meters diameter with a height of 20 meters was fabricated and erected. - A new 30t/h capacity Demoralized Water Unit, a new degasifier with a capacity of 80m³/h and a 80m³/h feed water heat exchanger, condensate and raw water pumps and 3x132 kW 40m³/h 75 bar feed water pumps, a 75 kW screw type air compressor and inside and outside battery limit piping have been supplied and erected. - A5 MVA 34.5/6.3 kV Power Transformer, a 1.250 kVa 6.3/0.4 kV distribution transformer, Low Voltage main distribution panel, boiler MCC panel and all the cabling have been supplied and erected. - To complete the project, a modern lightening prevention system, lighting and aero plane warning system, MCC panels, UPS and UPS-P panels, were supplied and installed.
