TUPRAS Phase 2 of Construction Works for Weighbridged Black Product Tanker Loading Station

• The project located in TUPRAS Izmir Aliaga Refinery covers necessary works between 1900 asphalt field and black product tanker loading station which consist of 14 platforms. The project includes construction, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation works for activating the first 5 platforms of the station and opening the station for asphalt sales.

• CONSTRUCTION WORKS:
• Construction, assembly and painting works for the asphalt loading station and steel construction works of support, platforms and grids for pipelines between the two fields had completed.
• 
  
• MECHANICAL WORKS:
• Relevant piping works between the existing station and the 1900 field, tie-in and piping works in the 1900, 900 and 3200 fields, steam tracing piping and its stations, installation works of equipment and accessories such as weighbridge, loading arms etc. in the station had completed.
• Field application projects, surge analysis and pipe stress analysis were performed in accordance with the given route layout.

• INSTRUMENT WORKS:
• Installation of PLC and SCADA systems required for tanker loading automation, integration of these installed systems into TÜPRAŞ computer network infrastructure, installation of fire detection and extinguishing systems in compliance with the standards in the specified areas had completed. Necessary tests, calibrations and commissioning works were carried out within the scope.

• ELECTRICAL WORKS:
• Installation of conduits, cable trays, ducts and wiring works for the electrical infrastructure required for tanker loading had completed. Necessary tests, calibrations and commissioning works were carried out within the scope.
